DirtyStories.love is a private platform for fictional adult erotic literature. The platform supports creative freedom, fantasy writing and the exploration of adult themes, while maintaining clear legal, ethical and community boundaries.

By uploading, publishing or submitting any story, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Content Guidelines.

1. General Requirement

All stories published on DirtyStories.love must be fictional and must involve only characters who are clearly and explicitly 18 years of age or older.

By posting a story, the user confirms that:

  • all characters involved in sexual, erotic or sexualized situations are 18+;
  • the story is fictional;
  • the story does not describe real events;
  • the story does not identify or imitate real private persons without consent;
  • the content does not violate applicable law.

2. What Is Allowed

The following types of fictional adult content may be allowed, provided they fully comply with these Guidelines:

  • fictional erotic stories involving characters who are clearly 18+;
  • consensual adult fantasy scenarios;
  • fictional dark fantasy themes;
  • consensual non-consent roleplay, dub-con and non-consent fantasy scenarios, provided the content is clearly presented as fiction and does not encourage real-world abuse;
  • BDSM, power-exchange and extreme kink themes involving fictional adult characters;
  • fantasy creatures, monsters, supernatural beings, furries, anthro characters and similar fictional characters, provided all sexualized characters are clearly adult;
  • AI-generated or AI-assisted stories, provided the person posting the content remains fully responsible for compliance with these Guidelines;
  • multi-chapter stories, serialized works and one-shot stories.

Dark or extreme fantasy content is permitted only as fictional adult literature. It must not be presented as a confession, documentary account, instruction, encouragement or glorification of real-life abuse.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal of the story and permanent deletion of the account without prior warning:

  • Any sexual, erotic or heavily sexualized content involving, suggesting or implying anyone under the age of 18.
  • Content involving minor-coded characters, “barely legal”, “teen”, “high school”, “schoolgirl/schoolboy”, “loli/shota”, age-regression, underage flashbacks or ambiguous age descriptions in sexualized contexts.
  • Any content where the age of a sexualized character is unclear or could reasonably be interpreted as under 18.
  • Real non-consensual acts, real abuse, revenge content, blackmail, coercion or stories that appear to describe real events.
  • Content involving real private persons without consent.
  • Content involving real celebrities, public figures or identifiable persons in sexualized fictional scenarios.
  • Non-consent fantasy content presented as real, instructional, encouraging or approving real-world sexual violence.
  • Content in which a character is only seriously harmed, tortured, mutilated or killed for sexual gratification without a clearly fictional fantasy framework.
  • Bestiality involving real animals.
  • Sexual content involving dead bodies, sexualized death, snuff, necrophilia or vore.
  • Sexualized maiming, amputation, circumcision or extreme permanent physical harm.
  • Content that promotes or glorifies real-life illegal activity, hate, racism, terrorism, violence against protected groups or harassment.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, personality rights, publicity rights or other third-party rights.
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted fictional characters, copied story material or protected works.
  • Spam, advertising, self-promotion, phishing or links to external sites.
  • Any content that violates applicable laws, including EU and U.S. law.

4. Fantasy vs. Reality

DirtyStories.love allows fictional adult fantasy. However, all stories must remain clearly fictional.

Content may be removed if it blurs the line between fantasy and reality, appears to describe real abuse, names real people, imitates real private persons or creates legal or community risk.

All characters in erotic or sexualized situations must be clearly described as adults aged 18 or older. Ambiguous age descriptions are not allowed.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated and AI-assisted stories are allowed only if they comply fully with these Guidelines.

The user who uploads or publishes AI-generated content is fully responsible for the text. “The AI generated it” is not an excuse for prohibited content.

AI-generated content involving minors, real persons, illegal content or any other prohibited material will be treated the same as manually written content.

6. Reporting & Moderation

Every story on DirtyStories.love includes a “Report” button below the story.

Users may report content that they believe violates these Guidelines. Reports should include the reason for the report and, where possible, the specific part of the story that appears to violate the rules.

A valid email address may be required when submitting a report so that the moderation team can review the matter properly and request additional information if needed.

All reports are reviewed by the moderation team. DirtyStories.love may also perform random checks, proactive moderation and manual review of published content.

False, abusive or bad-faith reports may result in account restrictions.

7. Consequences

Violations may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • immediate removal of the story;
  • temporary account restriction;
  • permanent account deletion without prior warning;
  • blocking of future uploads;
  • reporting to authorities or relevant reporting organizations where legally required or appropriate.

Extremely serious violations, especially content involving suspected minors, child sexual exploitation, real abuse or illegal material, may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Platform Rights

DirtyStories.love reserves the right to remove any story, restrict any account or delete any account at any time if the platform believes that the content creates legal, safety, moderation or community risk.

This applies even if the content does not clearly violate a specific rule but is considered unsuitable for the platform.

DirtyStories.love may update these Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Guidelines.

9. Upload Confirmation

Before uploading or publishing a story, users may be required to confirm the following:

“I confirm that this story is fictional, that all characters involved in sexual or erotic situations are 18 years of age or older, that the story does not involve prohibited content, real persons without consent or real events, and that I accept the Content Guidelines.”
