1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to DirtyStories.love (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.
2. Mandatory Age Requirement This Platform is strictly for adults 18 years and older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. We comply with applicable EU laws including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and national age-verification requirements where relevant.
3. Fictional Content and Community Guidelines 3.1 The Platform hosts fictional erotic literature. All characters, names, and scenarios are products of the author’s imagination. 3.2 Prohibited Content: We have zero tolerance for any content that violates applicable law (including EU and national laws), including:

Expressly Permitted (Fantasy / CNC): Fictional non-consensual sexual fantasies (Non-Con, Rape-Fantasy, Consensual Non-Consent / CNC) are allowed in written stories, provided they are purely fictional and all described persons are 18+. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.
3.4 EU/UK Compliance (Precautionary): Users in the European Union and United Kingdom access the Platform in compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), UK Online Safety Act and national laws. We maintain a transparent moderation system and may apply additional restrictions or geo-measures where required.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds 4.1 Paid features and subscriptions are processed by third-party providers. Charges appear under a neutral name for your privacy. 4.2 Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. 4.3 Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final – no refunds. By accessing paid digital content immediately after purchase, you expressly acknowledge and waive any statutory right of withdrawal (including under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
5. Intellectual Property and DMCA / EU Copyright 5.1 You retain ownership of your original stories. By posting, you grant DirtyStories.love a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content. 5.2 Copyright Notice: If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a formal notice to support@dirtystories.love with the specific URL and proof of ownership. We act promptly to remove infringing material in accordance with applicable law (including the EU Copyright Directive). 5.3 AI-Generated Content: Fictional stories generated by AI are permitted, provided they fully comply with all other content policies.
6. Disclaimer of Liability The Platform provides an interactive service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user-generated content. We act as a neutral host and do not endorse any stories posted by users. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR) Our separate Privacy Policy applies. For users in the European Union we process personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Data requests can be sent to support@dirtystories.love.
8. Prohibited Conduct, Reporting and Termination We reserve the right to immediately delete any content and terminate any account without prior notice or warning for violations including (but not limited to):
- Posting prohibited content
- Fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes
- Spamming, phishing, or unauthorized advertising
- Harassment of other users or creators
- Any violation of these Terms or applicable law (including DSA)
Report Feature: Under every story on the Platform there is a “Report” button. You can use this button at any time to report any text you believe violates these Terms or contains prohibited content. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team (in line with DSA transparency requirements).
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany where mandatory provisions of EU law (such as the DSA or consumer protection rules) apply. In all other respects, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
